As sending organization you have your responsibilities, that are: - to recruit a volunteers on the bases of motivation, interests and skills as described in the project - to get regular feedback on the situation from the volunteers during the EVS as well as from the host and coordinating organization - to obtain documents from the coordinating organization on project evaluation, as well as final reports after EVS - to evaluate overall project together with the volunteers after her/his return and to provide the coordinating/hosting organization with feedback from the evaluation with the volunteers - to provide the volunteers preparation to ensure volunteers awareness about the nature of the project, about the voluntary work she/he is expected to do and the environment she/he is going to stay in - to inform the volunteers about her/his rights, duties and responsibilities; - to inform the volunteers about all opportunities to develop her/his skills in the social service and improving volunteers ideas; - to ensure that the volunteers attend online or in person pre-departure consultancy session; - to arrange health insurance for the volunteer for the duration of the EVS project - to stay in contact with the volunteer during the EVS for monitoring; - to provide necessary contacts, help to make the necessary arrangements, assist them with logistical support, etc., everything needed for the success of the proposed project; - to assist the volunteer's reintegration providing necessary guidance and counseling; Comparing the conversation with the other SO we're working with, I can not say that we are satisfied with our collaboration. I marked red the lines I consider bad done or not done at all. Please, let me know if you have done something that I'm not familiar with. In order to pay the Invoice, we need at least the determination of Mertcan's personal project, and promotion of his blog on your web and face page. Also, you should do some final evaluation of the project should with him and give us some feedback.

“Land of Fire” Youth Public Union is a non-profit NGO located in Ganja, Azerbaijan. The organisation was founded
on June 15, 2012 and was registered on July 13, 2012. The main missions of the organization are to organizing leisure time of youths through the enlightenment activities, increasing social activity, supporting youth ideas, involvement of youngs to local and international projects, increasing volunteer activities of youngs and etc.

“Land of Fire” also serves as an International Educational advising center, implementing informative-advising
activities for the youth to continue their education abroad.
Youth are the main target group of all of the projects of the “Land of Fire” Youth Public Union.

Egepedal&Erfolg Proje ortaklığı
1-Mosso Egepedal Spor Kulübü, letonyada ''ERFOLG'' Topluluğu tarafından gerçekleştirilecek olan''Streat Art'' Sokak Sanatları projesinin ön hazırlık toplantısına katıldı. Kulübümüzü temsil eden Gençlerimiz Numan KAYIM ve Furkan KAYIM Daugavpils şehrinde bulunan ''ERFOLG'' derneğini ziyaret ettiler ve ön hazırlık ziyaretleri sırasında "Proje detaylarının konuşulduğunu ve planlamalar yapıldığını Konaklama yapılacak otel gezildiğini ve 2 gün boyunca orada misafir edildiklerini, Otelin temiz ve derneğe ait bir işletme olduğunu, yatakhanelerin hostel tarzında olup 10 kişilik konaklama planlandığını, Yatakhanelerin karma düzende değil kızlar ve erkeklerin ayrı odalarda kalacaklarını, Ulaşım ve geri ödeme planları hakkında konuşmalar yapıldığını ,Proje çalışmalarının konaklanan otel içerisinde olmayacağını yoğunluk olarak şehir merkezinde halkla iç içe yapılacağını" bildirdiler.

20-31 Ağustos 2014 tarihleri arasında Eren Gök, Elif Yemsel, Nermin Tari ve Ceyda Çiğdem Letonya'da olacaklardır.Kendilerine proje kapsamında başarılar diler, Egepedal Spor Kulübünü en iyi şekilde temsil edeceklerini temenni eder, hayırlı yolculuklar dileriz.

Egepedal Spor Kulübünün 01/07 Haziran 2103 tarihlerinde gerçekleştirdiği AB Projesi ''SMİLEHEALTHİLY'' Sağlıklı gülümse 6 Misafir Ülkeden 30 kişi ve Kulübümüzü temsil eden 5 katılımcı ile toplam 35 kişilik bir grup oluştu.Kulübümüz ve Menemen Kent Konseyi tarafından ağırlanan Grup, 20 Spor branşında
aktiviteler ve son gece Türk Gecesi yapılarak program tamamlanmıştır.

Katılımcı Ülkeler:
İspanya, Çek Cumhuriyeti, Ermenistan, Polanya, Ukraina ve Rusya'da gelen genç katılımcı gruplar ülkelerine yapılan etkinliklerden memnun kalarak döndüler.

Yapılan Sporlar:
Bisiklet, Triathlon, Voleybol, Basketbol, Hemsbal, Rahvan At Yarışı, Dart, Bilek Güreşi, Tenis,MasaTenisi, Oryantring, Yüzme, Yogo, Plates, Aerobik, Jimnastik, Teakwando, Atletizm, Yürüyüş, Yelken ve Halk Oyunları

Ege Pedal Sports Club was an official partner of the project "Street Art", which have taken place in Daugavpils in Latvia between the dates 20.08.2014-31.08.2014. The project has been applied to the Latvian National Agency by the Society of ERFOLG and is financed by European Union Erasmus Plus Programme.

To reperesent our club on this international youth exchange, we were required to send six of our club members to Latvia.

Projenin başvurusu erfolg topluluğu tarafından letonya ulusal ajansına yapılmış ve avrupa birliği erasmus programı kapsamında finanse edilmiştir.
bu uluslararası gençlik değişiminde Klubümüzü temsilen 6 dernek üyesi gencimiz letonyada belirtilen projeye katılım göstermiştir.

" Street ART '' SOKAK SANATI ''
Erfolg topluluğu tarafından letonya ulusal ajansına proje başvurusu yapılmış ve Avrupa Birliği Erasmus+ programı kapsamında finanse edilmiş sokak sanatları konulu "Street Art" isimli projemiz Ege Pedal Spor Kulubü ve evsahibi Erfolg BIEDRIBA topluluğu tarafından Letonya'nın Daugavpils şehrinde 20.08.2014-31.08.2014 tarihleri arasında başarı ile gerçekleştirildi.
Türkiye, İtalya, Fransa, Letonya ve Çek Cumhuriyetinden 30 katılımcı projede yer aldı. Gençlerimiz üyesi olduğukları EGE PEDAL SPOR KULUBU DERNEGI aracılığı ile proje ekibinde yer aldılar. Katılımcılarda Cinsiyet eşitliğine önem verildi ve 3 kadın 3 erkek dernek üyemiz kulubümüzü, Çiğli'mizi, İzmir'imizi ve Türkiye'mizi en iyi şekilde temsil ettiler.

Projenin ana teması olan ve Günümüzde popüler olarak yapılan sokak sanatı ''Graffiti'' toplumumuzda ve diğer kesimlerce hoş karşılanmayan ve kesinlikle karşı çıkılan bir olgu olup Graffitinin genel olarak illegal (yasadışı) bir uygulama olması, bu konuda yasa eksiklikleri, tarihsel eserler, özel konutlar dahil, herhangi birçok yerin rastgele boyanarak graffiti zemini kabul edilip uygulama yapılması, graffitiye bakış açısının ağırlıklı vandalizm olarak kabul edilmesinde rol oynamış, uygulayanlar hakkında yasal işlemler yapılmasına sebep olmuştur. Özellikle hip-hop kültürünün yaygınlaşmasıyla modern ve asıl şu anki graffiti ortaya çıkmıştır. Proje yoğun ve bir o kadarda yorucu olmasına rağmen tüm katılımcılarımızın yüzü gülüyordu çünkü hepsinde bir farkındalık yaratıyor ve o yaratılan farkındalıkların peşlerinden gidiyorlardı. Bir çok dostluklar edindiler. Dillerini geliştirme kültürleri tanıma ve kendi kültürlerini tanıtma şansı buldular. İki derneğin ilişkileri gelişti ve bir çok ortak proje yapma kararları oluştu ve ilçemizdeki bir çok gence yurt dışı şansı dogdu.
Projenin sonunda katılımcılar Graffiti ve Hip-Hop Dans çalışmalarını Letonya Basınına ve Letonya Ulusal Ajansına sergilediler. Her ülkeden bir katılımcı proje hakkında basına açıklama yaptı ve kendi ülkelerini tanıttı.
